As part of hosting this two-and-a-half-day Summit, Intel is providing complimentary hotel rooms for Members for the nights of June 18 and June 19. Intel will also host meals, Internet access, and networking opportunities.
For your convenience, Intel has also negotiated a discounted room rate of $299 per night, with an additional $22.00 per night resort fee. This rate is offered to Members who wish to extend their stay for the nights of June 16, 17, 20, and 21, based on hotel availability.
In order for us to confirm your hotel accommodation needs, please e-mail your flight itinerary immediately to Jay Gilbert at jay.gilbert_summit@intel.com. It's also important to communicate any changes directly to Jay.
We have a special block of rooms for the Summit attendees and therefore request that you do not contact the hotel directly.
Our worldwide members are an important part of the future of software. If you are one of the international attendees planning to join us at this year's Intel Software Strategy Summit, you may need a visa. Many visa applications require an "invitation letter." To receive your invitation letter from Intel, simply download the invitation form and send it to Leanna Anderson at leanna.anderson@intel.com. Your invitation letter will be faxed to you within two U.S. business days.
Intel is offering limited free shuttle service to and from the airport at scheduled times to accommodate guests. This service will be available for arrivals on June 18 and departures after the conference concludes on June 20. An Intel shuttle schedule will be e-mailed to you prior to the event.
In addition, the Hotel Del Coronado offers a Del Express shuttle. This shuttle cannot be pre-reserved, but can be requested upon arrival at the airport by using a courtesy phone or calling 888-726-4504. The Del Express shuttle costs $29.

If you plan to participate in the pre-Summit wine tasting, you will want to arrive in time to join us at the Hotel Del Coronado between 2 and 4 p.m. on Monday, June 18.
